Whether you have a simple question, need to report a problem or just want to talk to someone at Supermat, there are several different ways to get in touch.

Environment
We care about the environment and nature. We strive for a Sustainable Restaurant with the goal of engaging us and our customers, and working more sustainably. The focus is on five areas: Food, Environment and Climate, Reko (work environment, fair trade, accessibility), Communication and Finance. We would like to tell everyone what it looks like with us: on the plate, for the staff, with dish chemicals and much more. For us, sustainability means having a holistic perspective. Sustainability is a journey based on getting a systematic improvement work that reaches all the way from the products the restaurant buys in, to the guests who eat the finished dishes.

Food hygiene
Our food management meets the clear goals of the legislation on all consumers' right to safe food. The regulations consist of EC regulations and from 2006 a new Swedish food law. The National Food Administration has written several guidelines for the legislation, which we at SuperMat follow closely. We check our own routines regularly and thus have secure systems for all our staff to handle food.

Groceries
Good food that ends up in the stomach gives both children and adults a feeling-good-feeling! It also gives our children energy to develop, play and learn. That is why it is important for us to use organic ingredients and that the food is prepared from scratch. All our meat products are Halal certified.

Customer agreements
We process personal data regarding our physical customers and representatives of companies with which we have customer agreements. We may also process personal information for participants in our events or catering arrangements, insofar as such information has been provided by the customer who ordered our services. Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was directed. When the data is no longer needed to fulfill the original purpose, it is deleted.

Agreements made by telephone or e-mail become valid only after a written agreement has been drawn up.
